The Email Finder uses the most complete database of public email addresses to find the right contact information.

All the email addresses go through an email verification before being returned. All the email addresses with a green shield have been verified and found deliverable. You can use them safely.

If the email addresses couldn't be validated, a confidence score taking into account various data points indicate how sure the email address is.

Both cases can happen.

• First, the Email Finder will search a match in our large database of email addresses appearing publicly on the web.
• If there is no likely match, the Email Finder will use other various data points to deduct the most likely email address.

In both cases, the email addresses go through an email verification to validate the accuracy.

When logged in, one search that returns a result costs one request. If the Email Finder fails to return a result, it is free.

Yes! You can use the Bulk Email Finder to upload a CSV file and enrich it with email addresses. You can also take advantage of the Google Sheets add-on.

If the Email Finder can't find the email address, we recommend verifying the following elements:

• Is the company or organization using the domain name you entered for emails? In some cases, the domain name used for emails is different from the domain name used for the website.
• Is the person you want to contact still in the company or organization?
• Has the person's name been misspelled?

If the Email Finder still can't find any result after verifying these elements, a manual search is likely needed.
