Build a check-in list from this year's sequences: anyone who opened, clicked, or replied, minus anyone tagged {{customer_tag}}. Re-verify the addresses, then draft one short, personal email per contact with a single specific reference to their year and a close along the lines of "if I can help as you plan, just reply". Success this month is a booked January call, so keep every draft free of anything that smells like a pitch.

I want meetings in the calendar before I arrive, so draft a two-line note per contact that mentions the event and asks for 15 minutes there.

Whenever I ask you to run it from now on, rerun the saved search, check the results against my Hunter company list {{list_name}}, and show me only the companies that aren't in it yet. New companies enter my market every month, and this way I catch them without rebuilding the filters each time.
