Multi-threaded outreach list from your companies

I'm {{your_role}} at {{{{your_company}},}} reaching out about {{your_offer_or_reason}}. Here are my target companies: {{company_list_or_hunter_list_url}}.

For each company, use Hunter to build a 2-recipient contact plan. Research shows contacting 2–3 people at a company roughly doubles the odds of a reply, so:

  1. Run a domain search and pick the best-fit named person for my offer — prefer a relevant non-executive (manager or individual contributor) over the CEO; non-executive pairs reply twice as often as executive pairs.
  2. Add the company's generic inbox (info@, contact@, office@) as the second recipient if one exists — it outperforms a second named person because it gets forwarded internally.
  3. If there's no generic inbox, add a second named person from a different department than the first — cross-department pairs beat same-department pairs.
  4. Never exceed 3 recipients per company, and verify every address, dropping risky ones — bounces hurt my sender reputation.

Give me a table: company, recipient 1 (name, title, email, why them), recipient 2 (email, why), and confidence. Then ask if I want the contacts saved to a Hunter lead list.
