Start the week knowing what needs you

It's Monday. List my running sequences with their reply counts, tell me who has replied and is waiting on an answer from me, and flag any sequence whose bounce rate has crossed 2% so I can stop it before it burns my sending domain. Warm replies come first, so put those at the top.

Work out why a sequence got no replies

My sequence {{sequence_name}} isn't earning replies. Pull its stats from Hunter and run the checks in the planner's order: if opens sit under 20%, look at deliverability first, because the copy never got seen. If opens are fine, question the list (right role, right size, right buying mode), then the message, then the timing. Give me the single change to test next, and hold the other nine suggestions.

Run a quarter-end review of your sequences

Pull the stats for every sequence I sent this quarter and rank them by reply rate, since opens say more about the subject line than the message. Name the winner and the loser, and tell me what separated them: the audience, the angle, or the timing. Then write up the winning subject line and opener so they become my defaults for next quarter.
