Common questions about the Bulk Email Verifier

What is the Bulk Email Verifier?

The Bulk Email Verifier is a tool to verify a list of email addresses.

The Email Verifier tests each email address to see if there is a positive reply without sending emails. It also performs other verification checks on the type of email addresses, its format and status and displays eventual public sources online.

You can test individual verification with the Email Verifier.

Can email address marked "Valid" in the Bulk Email Verifier bounce?

The email addresses recently verified and marked "Valid" are safe to use. We usually observe a bounce rate lower than 1% for these email addresses.

What does it mean when email addresses are marked "Accept all"?

If a verified email has an "Accept all" status, it means that it's linked to a server that accepts all the email addresses on the same domain name, whether they have actually been created or not. In this case, the Email Verifier can't be sure the tested email address actually exists and returns an "Accept all" status.

These email addresses are less safe to use than the email addresses with a "Valid" status. To decide whether to use them, you need to evaluate the level of risk you're willing to take.

We recommend selecting only the highest-quality email addresses for moderate risk by using the confidence score returned by the Email Verifier. For example, you can keep only email addresses with a score higher than 80%.

Is the Bulk Email Verifier free to use?

You can start using the Bulk Email Verifier for free. A free account provides 50 verifications/month. For larger volumes, you can upgrade your plan.
