We've launched two new features that cover the full setup for professional outreach: managed email account provisioning and automated inbox warm-up.
Managed email accounts
You can now buy domains and create pre-configured email accounts directly within Hunter — no external email provider or manual setup required.
How it works:
- Buy a domain and create email accounts within Hunter in just a few steps
- Accounts are typically ready within 1 hour, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC fully configured
- Choose your domain, sender name(s), and number of accounts per sender during setup
- Accounts marked as Active are immediately available for use in Sequences
Inbox Protection
Inbox Protection automates email warm-up to help you build and maintain your sender reputation before and during outreach. It is available as an add-on for all connected email accounts.
How it works:
- Sending volume is progressively increased over a 30-day warm-up period through real replies and positive engagement signals
- Warm-up progress — including interactions, open rates, reply rates, and spam placement — is tracked in your dashboard
- Once warm-up is complete, Inbox Protection automatically switches to maintenance mode to continuously protect your reputation
Recommended for:
- New email accounts that have never sent outreach
- Inactive accounts unused for 30+ days
- Accounts with deliverability issues or spam placement problems
- Anyone scaling outbound who wants ongoing reputation protection
